Out with the old booklist...

So here's the reading list I made at the beginning of 2012.   These aren't all the books I read last year - many more crept into the list as the months went on or were a spur of the moment thing.  Some favorites got re-read as well.  I may put some reviews up about the notables ones later if I remember.  Books I've read are bolded:
